Working with Form Library

The Form library helps you capture data in a consistent manner and let you link these data to indicators for more automated indicator tracking and reporting. The Form Library module will allow you to create and use standard forms and link these to your indicators for reporting results.

Activity offers standard monitoring forms to help you collect information on the following:

• Beneficiary
• Distribution
• Training

In future releases, additional new forms and further customization will be made available.
